MAN

MAN is a local variety from the MAN region in the Côte d’Ivoire with a high dry matter content (35%) and a very high yield (25 t/ha), but very susceptible to African cassava mosaic (ACMV). With its moderate resistance to drought and suitability for cooking, it remains a preferred variety for making foutouet and other cassava-based dishes in the MAN region in the western Côte d’Ivoire.
